4. Cookies, Analytics and Advertising

Cloudflare Web Analytics runs globally for basic traffic and performance measurement without cookies or localStorage identifiers. Google Tag Manager is our sole tag entry point for Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and Microsoft Clarity. In strict regions, optional analytics and advertising measurement remain off until you choose; elsewhere they run under regional defaults. You can change or withdraw your choice through Privacy choices in the footer. Personalised advertising, remarketing, and Enhanced Conversions are disabled. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, companies, or inquiry content to analytics or advertising platforms. Clarity supports website-experience analysis, and all form inputs are explicitly masked.

We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We may disclose information only when reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to:

  • Website hosting, form processing, analytics, communication, security, and other service providers acting on our behalf.

6. International Processing

Symavia works with international visitors, clients, suppliers, and service providers. Personal information may therefore be processed in countries other than the country where you are located. Where required, we take reasonable steps to use appropriate contractual, organizational, or other safeguards for such processing.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to an inquiry, manage a business relationship, maintain appropriate records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or satisfy legal and operational requirements. Retention periods may vary depending on the nature of the information and the purpose for which it is used.

These rights may be subject to legal exceptions and verification requirements.
